Working Principle of Ring Die Poultry Feed Pellet Machine:
1. It consists of the feeder, conditioner, ring die and the motor.
2. Firstly, the material goes through the feeder from which the
material can flow into the pellet machine at the best speed to
ensure the full load working of the pellet machine.
3. And then the hot dry steam mix with the material and
soften,steam the material for easier pelletizing.and this design
can also extend its life.
4. Finally the softened and steamed material go through the ring
die to be maked into pellet, we can adjust the ring die to get
different pellet.

Animal Feed Pellet Line:
1. Alfalfa, grass,hay
2. All grains like: corn, soybean, wheat, barley, soybean cake, etc.
Feed Pellet Size:
1. For pig: usually ø3.5-6.5mm.
2. For cattle: usually ø4.5-8mm.
3. For chicken: usually ø3.2mm.
4. For fish: usuallyø2.0, ø2.5, ø3.0mm.
5. For shrimps: usually ø1.0-ø3.5mm.
