machines, such as the hammer mill, mixer and pellet mill.
The dimension of this 1-2t/h small livestock feed product line is
about 13(L)*3(W)*8(H)m.
Running this 1-2t/h small livestock feed product line needs about
3to 4 persons. And their responsibilities are as follows:
1 or 2 persons working at the feeding section;
1 person takes care of the pellet machine and watches the control
panel
1 person works at the packing section;
This small livestock feed product line can make different kind of
animal feed pellets, not only the chicken feed, but also the cattle
feed, sheep feed and other kind of pellet feed or powder feed.

Imitated Vertical Crusher: This simple vertical crusher adopts regrinding crushing technology,
widen the screen in 360°,the materials can be crushed averagely.
After crushing, when the size of the materials is smaller than the
holes in the screen, the materials can be discharged quickly. |
Horizontal Single Shaft Ribbon Feed Mixer: 1. Special designed, no dead angle for mixing and no block residue
inside.
2. One end for feeding, the other end for discharging. Simple
structure with small investment.
3. High mixing uniformity degree, CV<7%, 2-4 minutes mixing
time.
4. Widely used in feed plant, livestock breeding industries, etc. |

| Ring Die Feed Pellet Machine: 1. SS feeder: 5mm thickness SS material screw, main shaft and paddle. Frequency
conversion feeding to ensure homogeneous material. Big open door
intensify conditioner makes volume capacity larger by 2-6 times.
Lengthen feeder makes the best conditioning effect of raw material.
Equipped with steam injection device to avoid the steam reverse
ejection.
